We may, if we are unable to approve your Application or make an auto loan, disclose the following nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated financial institutions, creditors or third parties that may be able to arrange or provide you with a dealer financing or an automobile loan that we cannot or will not provide:

Information about you that we received from your Application or related credit forms, such as your name, mailing address, email address, Social Security number, driver’s license number, telephone number, income, assets and liabilities;

Information about you that we received from a consumer reporting agency, such as your consumer report and credit score.

You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any services that might be provided by nonaffiliated automobile dealers, financial institutions, creditors, or third parties.

You agree the nonaffiliated automobile dealers, financial institutions, creditors or third parties that receive the nonpublic personal information described above may use that information to contact you for their own business purposes and may obtain such additional information about you as they may require, including consumer reports, to complete processing of your credit application.

You understand that your information sharing consent will remain in effect until you revoke or modify it. You may revoke your information sharing consent at any time.

Consent For Texting / SMS

If a mobile number is provided, we and/or our partners may text you information about your application. Our lending partner does not charge to send or receive text messages as part of our application process.

However, messages and data rates may apply. Please consult with your wireless carrier for applicable text messaging fees.

Once your mobile device has been activated, you will receive instructions via email to opt-out and request additional information. We and/or our partners will only send you updates on the status of your application.

CommunityAutoCredit.com uses clear GIF Tracking pixels to track user movement through the site for aggregated site traffic metrics. In addition, some CommunityAutoCredit.com affiliates set tracking pixels on our web pages to track completed auto loan requests referred by their websites.
